Key Responsibilities:
Assemble automotive glass components across various production lines, ensuring precision and adherence to strict quality standards.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to maintain smooth workflow.
Carefully inspect and handle glass products, following all safety protocols to prevent damage and ensure personal safety.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace by following company safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably.
No prior experience or formal education necessary—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!
Flexibility to work mandatory overtime as needed to meet production demands.
Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety and quality.
Schedule Options:
8-Hour Shifts:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
12-Hour Shifts:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
