Manufacturing Production Worker
Pay: $19-21 per hour
Schedule: 6:00a-2:30p, M-F with possible OT
6:00p-2:30a, M-F with possible OT

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Workers to join our client's team. This role involves hands-on production work, assembly, quality checks, and general support throughout the manufacturing floor.
Key Roles We Are Hiring For:
Assembly & Production

• Assemble insulated glass components, including blinds, window frames, and related parts.
• Follow production instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Quality Control

• Inspect glass for imperfections, defects, and overall quality.
• Test and verify proper blind function and window operation.
• Identify and report any quality issues.

Material Handling & General Labor

• Move materials, carts, and finished products throughout the production area.
• Build and prepare boxes, crates, and packaging for shipment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications
Required:

• HSD or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a positive teamwork attitude.
• Consistent work history and at least 1 year recent manufacturing experience

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
