Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organizationProvide leadership through market strategy and analysis Develop, manage and leverage key buying influences and constituenciesProvide market intelligence and competitor analysisTrack, measure and analyze business development performanceCoordinate all business development activities to support the sales planFormulate the business development activities, detail the strategies and tactics necessary to achieve the sales goalsParticipate in professional societies and activities related to the design, construction and real estate industries Assist with developing priorities: products, target markets, target projects, customers, architects and buying influencesAssist with developing systems that most effectively utilize the capacities and capabilities of the organizationProvide input for marketing objectivesProvide input for the development of field sales automation toolsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Business Development Manager will have direct supervisory responsibilities.
