SUMMARY: Manages territory to maximize sales and profits. Increases customer loyalty and continually evaluates new customer prospects. Must possess a good understanding of products, local market buying influences, pricing requirements and competition. This position requires calling on glazing sub-contractors, architects, building owners and GCs. Travel is up to 50%. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Coordinate sales activity in the assigned territory.
Call on architects to promote products through detailing and specification writing
Provide lunch and learn presentations to architects
Promote and sell products to customers Provide weekly and monthly territory reports to the Regional Sales Manager Meeting established sales quotas and revenue goals Resolving problems with products and services
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (B. A./B. S.) from a four-year college or university; and 5 plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
